About the company
State Government agency, has commenced a four-year journey to implement a new contemporary and coordinated case management system for vulnerable children, young people and families. Our client is currently seeking a Training Logistics Officer to join their busy team for a temporary assignment until the end of September 2024.
About the role
Support the Training Manager in relation to scheduling of trainer allocations to training sessions and activities.
Organise and coordinate logistics for workshops/training sessions, including required ICT hardware and devices and travel.
Access, record and coordinate back-end training administration functions on the iLearn (LMS) and provide first level support to front end users’ regarding LMS usage.
Onboarding new team members including ensuring they have access to the required information, training and systems.
Coordinate and distribute eLearning materials and promotional projects / materials for the Department.
Analyse training data, reconcile all training completion records, evaluation feedback and produce reports.
About you
Experience in administering a LMS for the set-up of instructor-led and eLearning training assets.
Experience in working within AGILE ICT project environments.
Experience in working with large public sector or corporate ICT projects,
Highly developed interpersonal, problem-solving skill and team player
Knowledge of Digital learning tools such as Articulate Rise and Articulate 360.
Experience with liaising with all levels of the project teams to identify and articulate their requirements in delivering workshops, meetings and training sessions for a variety of stakeholders across the state.
