A unique opportunity has become available to join our Engineering team. We are seeking a Training & Development Officer based in Darwin, to support technical and non-technical training to Part145 organisation(s). This includes the development and maintenance of competency-based training courses and will also support/coordinate OJT supervision and instruction to Apprentices and Engineers. The Training & Development Officer is also responsible to monitor, track, record and control Part145 personnel training records as well as training gap identification and coordination of training schedules.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a training role
- Proficient computer skills and data interpretation
- Ability to hold and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card
- Strong social and interpersonal skills
DESIRED REQUIRMENTS:
- Aircraft maintenance engineering expertise and experience
- Formal qualifications in training; e.g. Cert IV Workplace Assessment & Training
- Experience on Embraer 120/170/190 aircraft
