Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of field trainers and office-based training team members. Develop a comprehensive network training plan to roll out new content over the next six months, starting with the corporate venues in Windsor and extending to the franchise network. Review existing training content and collaborate with relevant teams to assess the current state.
Oversee the planning and scoping of the training plan and rollout strategy, with the opportunity to recommend and onboard new resources. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar training and development role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills.
