The Opportunity:
We are looking for an exceptional Trainer to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of Claims Consultants. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy individual with excellent people management skills, capable of inspiring and leading our trainees to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the needs of our Claims Consultants both through their onboarding journey and ongoing.
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to ensure trainees excel in managing complex claims and delivering exceptional customer service whilst always meeting their Claims KPIs.
- Collaborate with the development and compliance teams to ensure training materials are up-to-date and aligned with company standards.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth using all methods of learning.
- Utilise innovative training methods to keep sessions dynamic and effective.
- Audit claims to identify processes requiring further training.
- Identify gaps in processes requiring additional customer attention and frame training around customer experience.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in training and development, ideally within the insurance or Claims Management sector.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong people management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire trainees.
- A fun and positive attitude, with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a fast-paced and evolving industry.
