About the role
A fantastic opportunity has become available to join our dynamic training department! As our new Training Officer, you'll be at the heart of the action, managing an inspiring blend of public and online training initiatives alongside workplace sessions. Collaborating closely with our team of facilitators, you'll orchestrate impactful training sessions, ensuring every detail is meticulously arranged from travel logistics to maintaining legislative compliant learning materials.
But that's not all – you'll be the mastermind behind our public training events, handling everything from bookings to registrations with finesse. Your mission? To keep our website and CRM system buzzing with the latest updates, ensuring seamless access to our vibrant training schedule.
Training for this role will be provided on the job and you will be supported by a fantastic helpful team.
About you
In this role you will get to use your top-notch customer service skills and knowledge to guarantee each participant enjoys a truly unforgettable experience.
You will have sound knowledge of computer programs and have exceptional organisational skills. You will have the resilience to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible interpersonal style to assist in building cohesive and effective operational working relationships within the organisation and with external clients.
You must be confident in working within a team or individually, to accomplish objectives and achieve personal and team goals.
