About the role
We are currently seeking a skilled Training Officer to join our team. As the Training Officer, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on our state-of-the-art EOS products. Your creativity, intelligence, and friendly demeanor will be key to ensuring our clients, partners, and key stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills to make the most of our innovative solutions.
Primary Duties:
- Develop engaging and interactive training modules, materials, and resources for EOS products.
- Deliver exceptional training sessions to clients, partners, and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Tailor training programs to meet the unique needs and skill levels of diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date on the latest features and advancements in EOS products.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact for their training needs.
- Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary improvements and adjustments.
About You
To be successful in the role you will be organised and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will work cooperatively with teams and individuals. You will ideally also have:
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in utilizing various training methodologies and technologies.
- A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in the field.
- Flexibility to travel and conduct on-site training sessions as required.
