About the Role
A new position has become available in our West Gosford Commercial Division for an exceptional individual with a proven high customer service to join our Commercial team as a Commercial Sales Coordinator. You will be involved in compiling quotations for commercial plumbing projects, following these through to the order stage and product delivery coordination. You will be utilising a sophisticated warehousing software system and will be reporting to the Commercial Manager whilst working alongside a highly talented team.
What We Need
To be successful in this role you will bring the following knowledge and skills:
- Time management & excellent organisational skills – compilation of large quotes, invoices, credits and special orders.
- Ability to successfully liaise with a range of warehouses regarding stock;
- Written and Communication Skills – ability to communicate clearly and efficiently while being able to multi-task to meet deadlines. Display a keen eye and impeccable attention to detail, ensuring that paperwork is correct and in order;
- Relationship Management Skills – strong ability to develop and maintain working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues. Ability to work closely and respectfully with a variety of Sales Representatives and Managers. Proven high level of customer service.
This role would suit an individual who is quick thinking, takes the initiative and is a strong team player with high energy. Your attention to detail will be second to none, you will be highly organised and passionate about continually developing your product knowledge.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a technical aptitude. Experience and/or exposure to the construction industry would be highly regarded. On the job training will be provided to the right candidate
