Period of Appointment

There are two (2) roles available for appointment.

1 permanent role

1 fixed term role for 12 months

Duties

• Administration of training contracts including applications for commencements, cancellations, suspensions, extensions, completions and transfers.
• Provide advice on administration of training contracts to employers, apprentices/trainees, Apprenticeship Network Providers, Registered Training Organisations, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare correspondence and process actions as required for the administration of training contracts and by the Tasmanian Traineeships and Apprenticeships Committee (TTAC) in accordance with the Training and Workforce Development Act 2013.
• Assist with the development of appropriate systems and practices associated with the administration of training contracts.
• Contribute to providing reliable and effective administrative co-ordination and support for the Team Leader, Training Contract Administration and the Manager, Payments & Training Contract Administration.
• Perform other duties as envisaged by the assigned classification under the relevant industrial award or agreement and in accordance with the skills, competence and training of the occupant.
