About the Role:
As the Training Program Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Training Program, including the Training Program delivery, assessment, progression and accreditation of training sites. This role will require strategic administration and facilitation, alongside supporting the internal committees. With three direct reports, you will enjoy guiding and developing your team to deliver the best outcomes for the organisation.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage all operations of Training Program Delivery, Assessment, Progression and Accreditation of Training sites.
- Oversee monitoring of trainee assessment and progression and assist with individual trainee issues, including Performance Improvement and variations to training.
- Oversee Accreditation of Training Site processes and assist with individual training site issues.
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to education and training officers.
- Collaborate with Education & Training management team to develop and communicate strategic objectives and projects.
- Provide secretariat support to the committees – contribute to agendas and minutes, actioning requests, implementation and prioritisation as required.
- Provide advice and support to Executive committee, oversee provision of election
- Maintain understanding of organisational policies and contribute to quality improvement.
- Draft project plans, reports, and policies to support Program Operations.
- Liaise with stakeholders to advance projects and build relationships.
- Work with internal/external IT and other employees to scope, plan for, develop and implement technology to support the Training Program.
- Provide high level of customer service and provide information to aspiring professionals.
- Manage project budgets, timeframes, and change management.
- Support Executive Manager in education and training initiatives.
- Collaborate on risk management, planning, and budgeting.
- Perform other duties as required.
