Key tasks and responsibilities
- Help develop a Strategic training delivery plan for site.
- Deliver improvement opportunities while maintaining current training needs.
- Communicate and liaise with production management, supervisors, department trainers and support employees regarding all internal training requirements.
- Ensure all employees’ training records are accurate
- Ensure all training documentation within Information leader system is kept up to date for internal and external auditing and referencing purposes.
- Work closely with Training Manager to ensure all corporate initiatives are successfully implemented on-site and potentially relieve
training Manager and take on Training Manager duties in the case of absence.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Forklift Ticket mandatory
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry highly regarded.
