Epiroc Australia is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator who is ready to own their scope and join our national training team in Perth.
As a Training Coordinator, you will play an essential role in the Epiroc Parts and Service team.
Responsibilities of this role consists of but are not limited to the below:
- Performs with a high level of flexibility and professionalism to provide customer support for scheduling, planning, and coordinating of internal and external training events.
- Support the team by providing all logistical coordination for flights, accommodation, inductions, freight, and uniforms.
- Coordination of Trainers to support training, including management of all mobilisation requirements for conducting training at various national locations.
- Creation of training proposals and quoting
- Administration of participant attendance and feedback registers for scheduled bookings that requirements.
- Opening/closing and invoicing Service Orders in SAP.
- Organising catering and special requirements for training.
- Raising training-related purchase orders.
- Entering additional expenses against service orders.
- Ordering and managing stock holding of training giveaways and merchandise.
- Updating training monthly forecast sheet.
- Managing shared mailbox.
- Organising internal team Travel logistics and associated bookings.
- Ordering of stationery and PPE.
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to manage changing priorities
- Skilled in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- OEM maintenance administration experience - Desired
