Your key responsibilities
- Provide the initial and ongoing point of contact with clients who are considering training and / or National Mediator Accreditation by:o Explaining and promoting the courses in a positive manner and ensuring each enquiry receives timely and effective actiono Using web based and cloud based computer programs (Vision 6) and social media to advertise training and to maintain contact with DRB's client baseo Proactively marketing the training program in consultation with the Training Manager and Corporate Communications.o Being the first point of contact for DRB panel members and DRB training alumni regarding mediator accreditation registration and professional development.
- Undertake administrative tasks, with limited supervision, necessary to support the operations of the training section including:o Processing applications and registrationso Preparing invoices and correspondenceo Maintaining up to date accurate computerised recordso Maintaining training unit equipmento Maintaining and monitoring training expenditure and other financial recordso Providing sound, current and detailed advice to the Training Manager concerning financial and registration matterso Excellent computer skills with experience with excel and word documents.o Project work as directed.
- Prepare and support the Training Unit in the provision of training services by:o Arranging catering and appropriate venues in liaison with DRB regional coordinatorso Preparing training resources for upcoming courseso Editing and printing training manualso Arranging and maintaining the training venueo Preparing course reports and certificateso Administering all post training course requirementso Assisting with the scheduling and staffing for courseso Assisting training and coaching staff during courses
