About the role

As a Transaction Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and collaborating in customer solution strategies for new to bank and existing customers within Commercial Banking.
In addition, you will deliver and maintain high standards across all processes within Transaction Banking and provide as required, ongoing quality service to relationship managed customers.
You will also be responsible for driving profitable, sustainable growth of the Transaction Banking products, share customer led insights & solutions, acquire new customers (either via referrals or self-sourced business development), account management (Transaction Banking Reviews), retaining existing customers, and providing on going education (Cybercrime, and evolving Digital Self Service) in the Commercial Banking segment.
This role requires travel.

Role Type: 12-month Fixed Term contract, Full-Time

- Strong business development skills and focus on delivering results through collaboration
- Sound knowledge of Transaction Banking products & utilising data to present insights and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the business
- Excellent customer focus with genuine curiosity for understanding customer drivers and delivering solutions to meet their needs
- Ability to work autonomously, work with a team with proven analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
