Your role
As the Transformation Governance and Engagement Leader you will be required to in partnership with the Digital,data and technology team to establish effective governance across a multi-million-dollar portfolio of high, profile, strategic and complex programs.
- Ensure the significant financial and organisational investment is effectively translated into program delivery, with a focus on achieving outcomes, managing risks, and optimising resources across the portfolio.
- Develop and maintain the overall program portfolio plan, ensuring that programs remain aligned with the clients and broader government direction and priorities.
- Provide strategic input and oversee compliance with risk profiles, benefit profiles and outcomes for each program across the portfolio, including the establishment of KPIs.
- Establish and administer effective cross portfolio reporting and understanding of inter dependencies to facilitate the prioritisation of programs and projects within the portfolio, balancing resource allocation and potential competing delivery requirements.
- Establish and administer effective decision-making governance forums and processes, ensuring decisions are timely, at the right level and transparent.
- Develop and implement an effective stakeholder and communication strategy to ensure senior stakeholders, including Executive Directors and Commission (where appropriate) are appropriately informed on portfolio performance, risks, and issues.
- Ensure effective change management and communication strategies are in place balancing delivery timings across the clients requirements to support the successful delivery and adoption of program outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement across the program, incorporating lessons learned and industry best practice.
- Provide secretariat support to the Digital Sponsoring Group

Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in developing strategic change programs and driving a performance-oriented culture across complex private and public sector organisations and diverse industries.
- Multi-disciplinary skills including strategy, cultural change, business planning,
- Strong people leadership and customer relationship management skills
