The Role:
As part of our operations office, this role requires an authentic and customer focused approach. You will collaborate with the broader Transport team to provide efficient and reliable service. The team will support you to develop industry knowledge and skills, with comprehensive training and mentorship provided. You will work alongside experienced transport professionals to learn the ropes and gain hands on experience.
The role involves developing, fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships, completing a variety of administrative tasks including management of the run sheet and other databases, and assisting the allocators with overflow work.
