THE POSITION:
The Transport Administration Officer will be responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations of paperwork required and administration of new and existing truck drivers, managing an efficient flow of work, ensuring phone calls and customer queries are attended to in an efficient and timely manner.

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Invoicing
- General administration
- Reporting
- Data entry
- Inbound and outbound calling
- Purchasing
- A polite, friendly phone manner
- A strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work under strict deadlines
- Demonstrated experience working in a logistics environment.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years in a similar role.
