The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Administrator to join our team located in Laverton North. Your exceptional organisation and communication skills will be used to manage various administrative tasks and support our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

• Develop relationships with clients and management and report to them with a focus on providing quality customer service.
• Clear and concise communication with all relevant suppliers and internal staff.
• Inventory - Assist with Warehouse staff to complete stock on-hand checks/cycle counts and investigating and correcting issues with stock.
• General administrative tasks for processes and systems.
• Record pallet usage on CC consignments and the xdock/dispatch on spreadsheet.

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in warehouse administration is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Sound computer and system skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
