About the Role:
- Provide administration support to the Warehouse Manager across a variety of tasks.
- Relay clear and concise communication with both clients and internal staff members.
- Collaborating with various departments to resolve any issues related to invoicing or run sheets.
- Booking in logistics transport.
- Data entry into internal WMS systems.
- Process purchase/sales orders.
- Prior relevant Warehouse Admin experience highly regarded.
- Must be comfortable to speak with clients.
- Prior experience with document preparation, use of MS Office, email, and web browser is essential.
- Prior experience in using WMS is highly regarded.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
- Must display readiness to learn internal processes and procedures.
- Must be able to work onsite throughout each working week.
