Transport Coordinator

An exciting opportunity exists for a Transport Coordinator to join our busy team on a full-time, permanent basis at our Canning Vale branch. The responsibilities for this role include:

• Fleet site movement/scheduling transport runs for our Tilt Trays and Low Loaders
• Providing effective communication with Internal and External customers
• Providing general administrative support to Hire office.
• Managing costs and resources

The successful candidate will be an individual who will honor our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have;

• Transport Coordination or relevant industry experience.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a team.
• A proven track record for exceptional customer service
• Sound experience and knowledge in  Word, and Outlook and other data base or ideally hire based systems but not essential (e.g. Insphire and CRM systems)
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude
• A strong commitment to OH&S
• Demonstrated commitment to quality; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines and self-motivation.
