We are currently recruiting for a Transport Coordinator for our Fremantle Facility
OWN TRANSPORT IS ABSOLUTLEY ESSENTIAL
What your day can look like:
- Customer Delivery Planning / Bookings
- Job delivery completion
- MT Collection / detention management.
- Monitor trailer vehicle Equipment.
- Customer Communication
- Monitor / manage AQIS shipments that require FCL delivery / planning and coms to customers.
- Daily Systems /Meeting ACFS Portal communication requirements of customers.
- Ability to review system costing in relation to automated VAS capturing and adding if required. (no show, trailer shuffling on site etc)
- monitoring Planning schedules / High level data entry accuracy.
- KPI system exception management
- Daily VBS, allocating support.
- Daily Customer scheduling improvements
What you can bring to us:
- Previous allocating , planning or scheduling
- Customer account management in a logistics role
- Sound transport knowledge of industry and operations preferable
- Fleet knowledge and understanding of fleet capacities
- Experience with Maximus if you have it (not essential)
If you:
- Are able to work within a team environment.
- Have 1-2 years previous experience in similar role
- Have good Communication skills.
- Have demonstrated knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety
- Have attention to detail
- Have the Ability to work in a fast pace environment
