The Role: This role involves overseeing the planning and coordination of deliveries and driver schedules, managing vehicle utilization and compliance, and coordinating with third-party logistics partners. The role is hands-on, requiring strong planning and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and safety.
Skills & Experience:- 3-5 years of experience in transport planning and scheduling, preferably in the FMCG or Logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of transport industry safety requirements and load management.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
