- From $76,873 up to $91,222 pa + super (up to 12%) + 9 day fortnight + leave loading
Qld Local Government Industry Award (Stream A,) - From Level 3 up to Level 5 of EBA5
The appointed wage level will be dependent upon the successful candidates level of experience, skills and qualifications. - 72.5 hour fortnight
- Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.

The position sits within theTransport Engineeringteam which is one of five teams within our Integrated Transport Planning and Design Department.
Our primary focus is to design, and project coordinate a wide variety of integrated transport projects that meet the communities needs and corporate vision. Our projects range in value between $2M and $200M. We lead the road safety, technology advancements such intelligent transport systems and urban traffic control for the regions transport system. We are always at seeking opportunity to continually grow and trial new innovations in these key areas.
About our opportunity
As our Transport Engineer, you will provide support within the Integrated Transport Engineering team into the development and delivery of the design and coordination of transport infrastructure programs and capital projects to meet the needs of the community within the City of Moreton Bay area.
About you
We are seeking someone to take up this great early career opportunity.
- You will have:
- knowledge of civil engineering and Transport Engineering practices and the ability to research moderately complex queries.
- fantastic time management abilities to prioritise your work. You will have sound knowledge and understanding of engineering legislation standards, guidelines, and practices.
You will hold a degree in Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia and current C class driver’s license
