Experience in the transport and logistics desirable but not essential.
Main duties of this role:
- Answering phone calls / emails and coordinating sales enquiries.
- Quoting and invoicing.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Manage client bookings.
- Liaising with subcontractors and clients.
- Some general yard/ farm work as required.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent Customer service skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Highly organized and detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Have a positive attitude and a desire to be a valued team member of a great small business team.
- Solution orientated.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
