The role of the Transport Recruitment Administrator is to provide administrative support across the talent acquisition stage of the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include recruitment support, administration, and ad hoc administrative duties.
As the Transport Recruitment Administrator at FMH Group, you will:
- Conduct thorough background verifications, ensuring all new hires meet our company standards.
- Arrange and oversee pre-employment background checks such as medical and police clearance for potential employees.
- Contact previous employers to verify candidate's employment history and capabilities.
- Generating recruitment reports to produce regular and ad-hoc recruitment metrics reporting.
About you:
- Understanding of Recruitment practices and legislation
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and organisation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Multitasking & prioritisation abilities
