What does the job look like?
Join the BevChain team as a Transport Scheduler, overseeing national scheduling operations in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. Be a crucial part of our dynamic business located at a prominent customer site in Southbank. With an average fleet size of 120, we manage transport scheduling using SAP and planning, excelling at the complex tasks of execution and review.
Operating from Sunday to Thursday 9am-5pm, this role involves managing the daily allocations and deliveries for a medium-sized fleet responsible for National deliveries. Key responsibilities include:

• Utilising customer TMS and route planning software for efficient scheduling
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of daily reporting
• Data entry and various administrative tasks
• Trailer allocation as needed, monitoring sizes and heights
• Efficient load planning for optimal transport operations
• Building strong customer relationships and communicating any changes
• Monitoring drivers' fatigue, including declaration and run sheet checks

Are you the one?
We are looking for experienced transport professionals with relevant operations experience in a 3PL environment. Training and support will be provide. To be successful, you should demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a similar role involving transport load planning, driver allocating, or fleet allocating
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with experience in TMS highly regarded
• Strong geographical knowledge
• Highly organised with the ability to work calmly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
