JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Booking flights, hotels, transfers, rail and any special requests
- Maximise sales opportunities by upselling.
- Dealing with telephone, online and email enquires
- Preparing and issuing travel documents
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and travel regulations
- Work in a Team environment
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Travel industry experience / Tourism Certification or qualification.
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills and Ability to multitask
- High Attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and a can-do attitude
- Be professional, self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team
