Coral Expeditions is Australia’s pioneering cruise line, specialising in a unique style of immersive adventures by small expedition ship. With humble beginnings hosting cruises on the Great Barrier Reef, the company has grown into a borderless fleet of three ships carrying between 72 and 120 guests. In 2023, we have returned to international sailings including New Zealand, Japan, Papua New Guinea, and Islands of Indonesia.
The role
In this role, you will be responsible for all crew and office travel arrangements, including but not limited to:
- Administering the Ship Crew flights roster ensuring limited layover time for over 200 crew.
- Administration of travel itineraries including flights and accommodation.
- Liaison with preferred supplier hotels domestically to obtain best accommodation rates and coordinating the tender process each year.
- Maintaining and reporting on travel expenditure and variances.
- Liaison with international agents for international flights and accommodation.
- Responding to all crew enquiries regarding schedules, flights and itineraries in a timely manner.
What we are looking for

- Demonstrated experience in coordinating a high volume of flights.
- Excellent communication both verbal and written.
- Able to prioritise and multi-task to achieve deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with specific skills in Outlook and Excel.
