Travel & Health Insurance Claims Consultant (French Speaker)

Euro-Center Sydney has an open position for a full-time Claims Consultant based in our Chatswood office. 

Euro-Center Sydney is a regional office servicing claims in Oceania and Japan for various international health and travel insurance companies.  We are handling insurance and local assistance claims with a high professional standard in a multi-cultural and international office environment. Our office works in liaison with our global customers, members, as well as Euro-Center Assistance platforms and local Euro-Center offices around the world.  Our head office Euro-Center Holding SE is headquartered in Prague.

Responsibilities include:

• Claims and assistance services
• Answering incoming phone and email enquiries
• Communication & logistics arrangements for medical Insurance Claims.
• Good communication and liaise with medical providers throughout Oceania and Japan.
• Data Entry: efficient start to end claims assessment and invoice processing.
• Provide friendly and outstanding customer service
• Respond to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Prioritise and facilitate urgent assistance services
• Work efficiently in a multilingual and multi-cultural team

Essential:

• Fluent in English & French (verbal and written)
• Must have long-term current Australian working rights (Visa)
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• A good work ethic and a friendly and positive attitude towards teamwork

Advantageous:

• Medical / Nursing / Healthcare services experience
• Other language skills: Arabic, Japanese, German or Scandinavian
• Insurance / office administration / claims experience
