The Role
Your role will include but not limited to:
- Managing Property Management Trust Accounts, receipting and reconciling
- Mid and End of the month processes for the portfolio
- Disbursements of deposit monies
- Process end of month owner payments
- Enter and pay invoices
- Assisting Property Managers with ledger and owner/tenant queries
- On charging water usage, and other invoices to tenants
- Maintaining records to adhere to legislative requirements
- Answering invoice and payment related enquiries
- Assist owners and tenants with accounts queries
- Other admin ad hoc duties
Criteria
- Previous experience in Property Management accounts work is required though initial onboard training will be provided.
- Experience with word/excel and property management software (e.g PropertyME).
- Strong attention to detail and well organised.
