Trust Account Bookkeeper needed for a market leading Real Estate Agency located in Hurstville. A competitive salary package and excellent work environment are offered.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage day to day Trust Accounting processes in accordance with statutory requirements;
- Daily finance tasks such as bank reconciliations, collections of all rent income, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions;
- Rental Arrears collection;
- Assistance with month end reporting and when required including commentary;
- Preparation of accounts for end of year financial audit.
- Ad hoc administration duties
The Essentials:
- Certificate or Registration or Real Estate License (Mandatory)
- Speak & read frequently in both English and Chinese
- Demonstrated experience working with Trust Accounts in the property industry minimum 2 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Great attention to details & strong ability to multitask and time management
