The Position
- Daily receipting & checking bank statements
- Payroll including commissions, annual leave, updating files
- Payroll tax returns, IAS & quarterly BAS statements
- Creditor payments, bank reconciliations, petty cash, reports
- Reconciling sales & rental trust account mid & end of month
- Financial reporting to the Director
- Previous bookkeeping/trust accounts experience
- Outstanding attention to detail & time management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent financial acumen
- MYOB & PropertyMe software experience advantageous
