Casual Office Administration and Bookkeeping position - immediate start
1-2 days per week (school hours if necessary) Wed/Thurs preferred but flexible
A small manufacturing and e-commerce business in Geebung is looking for an experienced office administration/bookkeeper with Xero and Excel skills.
Training is provided, but previous experience is required.
To be successful for this position you must possess a miniumum of 5 years clerical and bookkeeping experience, have the ability to work autonomously, and be organised with good attention to detail.
Duties include data entry, clerical duties relating to all areas of manufacturing processing including ordering, receiving, sales, despatching, expenses.Opportunity to be involved in buisness migration project to Xero platform.
