As a UI/UX Designer at Solis Security, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, product managers, and internal experts to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web-based application, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and provide guidance during the implementation phase.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create engaging marketing materials and product presentations.
Who we are looking for?
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, both autonomously and within a team.
- Highly efficient, organised, and effective time management skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- A degree in Design, Computer Science or relevant field is a plus.
