We are seeking an outstanding, enthusiastic Business Leader to join an innovative and collaborative team.
The Business Leader:
- Is accountable and reports directly to the Principal.
- Is a key member of the Senior Leadership team, involved in decision making across the school.
- Works with the Governing Council and particularly its various sub-committees including the Finance Committee.
- Works with all budget managers across the school.
- Provides leadership and oversight of all non-teaching staff and provides direct performance and development support for a team of key non-teaching personnel.
- Develops and maintains close links with the Henley High School community and relevant service providers.
What you will bring:
- Proven leadership experience in education or related field.
- Strong financial management and business analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team of non-teaching staff.
- Understanding of the education sector and its challenges.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
