About the position
We are seeking an experienced Underground Operator / Trainer to support our operations and customers in both site support and training client personnel in the safe and effective operation of our emulsion charging systems.
Reporting to the Underground Area Manager, you will be part of a national operations team. You will be trained to a high standard of operations responsible for operating and training client personnel, working across regions in Australia.
You will FIFO from Perth on an 8/6 roster and be trained in all aspects of Enaex equipment, products and operational requirements.

- Unwavering commitment to safety and efficiency in leading a positive safety culture
- Skilled in Underground, preferably in Charge-up operations
- Strong knowledge and judgement in delivering best practice outcomes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work closely with our Customers and Operational team to ensure quality and best practice
- Quick and efficient problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to timeliness and accuracy
- Collaborative and innovative approach
What you need
- Demonstrated experience with Underground Charge-up in both Development and Production applications
- Several years of operational experience in underground mines
- Demonstrated experience in operational training desired
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Proactive mindset
- Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC) or willing to obtain
- National Police Clearance (Less than 3 months old or willing to obtain)
- Computer literacy
