Due to a recent merge, there is a requirement for an Assistant to join the Melbourne Underwriting team.
Your new role
- Supporting lead Underwriters and working closely with the Underwriting Manager
- Prepare and check all documentation for approvals
- Provide exceptional customer service to brokers and direct clients - both by phone & Email
- Ensure all documentation is prepared in a timely manner
What you'll need to succeed
- A passion for boats or marine is highly regarded given you will be joining likeminded individuals
- Experience working in the insurance industry and familiar with the back-office processes within underwriting
- Attention to detail is a MUST!
- Australian FULL working rights
- Excellent all round communication skills
