About the role:
- Must have Advanced Procore experience
- Advanced proven experience with scopes of works and issues to contractors
- Advanced Cost Control
- Undertake sub-contractor analysis and claims on multiple jobs
- Let contracts and identify risk items
- Develop project budgets with your project manager
- Handle progress claims for the duration of the project
- Preparing tender packages for subcontractors
- Subcontractor and supplier cost comparisons
- Contracts with Subcontractors and suppliers
- Progress claims and variations both internally and externally
- Engage with all project stake holders, clients, and sub-contractors.
- Administration of RFI's and EOT's to clients Help with the preparation of new tenders.
- Accurately reporting on project costs and revenue.
About you:
- A minimum 5 years Snr CA experience
- Office based role in Fortitude Valley with onsite parking
- Experience working for a commercial builder
- Strong communication skills – dealing with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Sound financial acumen
