- Participate in defining and promoting unified ways of working across industry and Supply Chain
- Establish the plan and specific business cases (through the MVP process) establishing a baseline and tracking improvements in terms of delivery and benefits realisation.
- Ensure effective deployment of Golden Rules/Policies, Processes and Practices e.g. by establishing effective training content, coordinating UAT across the business etc.
- Provide workstream schedule, cost and risk updates
- Responsible as the change agent and management of O2D and input into the overall change management program
- Increasing the overall maturity of Industrial practice and strategic development of the Supply Chain practices (resources, means & investment): Logistics, Procurement (with Purchasing), Planning
- Ongoing data management practices and establishment of routines to support ongoing success of the business
- Compliance with the regulatory environment for incoming and outgoing flows as well as internal flows where necessary (e.g. GFE)
- Contribute to the optimal deployment, maintenance and improvement of industrial tools and processes (ERP [Enterprise Resource Planning], Chorus, etc.) and ensure the use of best practices in planning and execution.
- Develop the skills of your team and manage skills development needs on the team (critical skills and versatility)
- Extensive knowledge of industrial/Supply Chain IT & use of dashboards (analysis, decision support) and problem-solving techniques (PDCA)
- Association for Supply Chain Management (APICS): Certified in Planning & Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification at a minimum (or the equivalent professional experience)
- Routine extensive experience and use of ERP
- Extensive knowledge of the Supply Chain profession with past experience in planning
- Extensive knowledge of inventory management and flow management methodologies
- Understanding of continuous improvement and management tools (Lean: flow management, conducting Gemba Walks, Compass Room, Plan, Do Check Act (PDCA))
- Good knowledge of products development and their industrial processes (ie manufacturing, repair, third party and contract management, installation, etc)
- Provide for growth in others and yourself.
