Unified Communications Engineer

• 6+12 Month Federal Government Contract
• Canberra Barton, WFH where possible
• NV1 Clearance or the ability to obtain

Our prestigious Federal Government Client is looking for several resources. These positions will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical incidents and problems within the ICT environment, as well as providing technical advice.
The ideal candidates will have experience with both on premises and cloud technology and will work across teams with other technicians in network, storage, platforms, backups or Unified Communications. Having skills or experience across these areas will be highly advantageous.

The Unified Communications Engineer will:

• Have experience with Pexip, Microsoft Teams or Unified Communications.
• Lead technical resolution of incidents and problems within the ICT Infrastructure space, act as a senior engineer.
• Work across infrastructure teams to support incident and problem resolution.
• Provide technical expertise and advice to senior management.
• Producing and reviewing project/services delivery documentation including Architecture, Designs, 'As built documentation' and Operating Procedures.
• Building and Maintaining Stakeholder relationships (Including Executives, Business Representatives, project Managers and staff).
• Configuration and installation of all server hardware, including installation of the operating system and third party products onto the system.
• Support to cloud operations and Microsoft Office 365 products
• Implementation, management and maintenance of a range of email and Unified Communications technologies.
