The Role:The Store Administrator [Full-time] is responsible for a variety of store administrative tasks, such as managing timecards on Kronos, initiating data change on Workday, and assisting team member contract changes and queries. This role will require someone to complete administrative tasks in connection with ongoing sales floor duties.This role will require you to be rostered across a variety of shifts including late night trading, weekends, and public holidays. Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update Kronos and the admin communication book daily with staff absences.Liaise with HR/Payroll to ensure all new starter paperwork, contract changes and termination are received by payroll cut off dates and follow up with missing documents.Maintain and update Workday including contract requests, processing resignations, visa updates and expiry dates, updating personal details and issuing a change of hours letter for all roster changes and flex up contracts.Maintain the Admin inbox and respond to all queries in a timely manner.Answer calls from customers and staff and report absenteeism to floor and store managers.Supporting Store Manager in daily, weekly, monthly, yearly admin operation tasks.Follow up with Loss Prevention weekly to ensure incidents are being logged and any current issues reported to HR.Contacting system service desk when technical issues arise.Advertise health & safety minutes in the staff room and ensure all policies and procedures are available.Assist on the shop floor, assisting customers on the sales floor looking up stock for customer orders in the store or on the phone (managing inbound queries).
