University Program Management OfficeThe University Project Management Office (UPMO) provides a permanent portfolio, program, and project management office to support the planning, delivery and reporting of the University’s project portfolio, including the City Campus program. The opportunityWe are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably qualified person for the role of University PMO Analyst. We are looking for individuals with a continuous improvement mindset, who want to play an integral role in the performance and delivery of the University’s project portfolio. As a core member in a close-knit team, the University PMO Analyst’s key responsibilities include:
Providing insightful analysis and reporting to inform decision making.
Supporting the development of the project, program and portfolio management framework and related processes, procedures, templates, and tools.
About youTo be successful in this role you will have PMO experience, working in a project delivery or project governance role. You will have a thorough understanding of project and program management along with demonstrable business analysis and reporting experience. Your strong critical thinking skills will have seen you excel in drawing information from multiple sources to provide insights and recommendations.You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate across business functions and to determine the most appropriate way to convey and present information given the intended purpose and audience.You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence, and Courage.Benefits and RemunerationThis full-time ongoing position attracts remuneration of $97,113 to $108,813 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.ECU supports a work/life balance for staff.
