Urgent Care Registered Nurse

We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse for our Myhealth Urgent Care Liverpool location. 
  
We are looking for a number of nurses to join our new Urgent Care team. As a vital member of the team, your role will involve identifying at risk patients, promptly triaging them, and delivering front-line care with the Urgent Care medical practitioners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career in a nurturing environment with extensive hands-on training opportunities.

What your day will look like:

• Urgent Care patient triage
• Assisting doctors with minor procedures
• Monitor patients to prevent deterioration and escalate as per presentations
• Maintaining accurate patient clinical records
• Health education and coaching for patients

Requirements:

• General practice experience - preferred but not essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid AHPRA registration in nursing.
• Strong initiative and organisational skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow.
