Would you like the opportunity to work for two of Australia's most rapidly growing and innovative automotive brands? Berwick Volkswagen & Peninsula ŠKODA are successful, family-owned automotive dealerships with a sizeable combined Used Vehicle department in Frankston.
We seek a dedicated and self-motivated Sales Manager to further grow our dynamic and dedicated sales team. We are also part of the Barry Bourke Motor Group, meaning you will join one of the South East's largest and most reputable automotive groups. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this role will manage the Used Vehicle Sales Department and ensure efficient and profitable operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining good employee and client relations whilst operating within ethical guidelines and in line with our company values.
This is a full-time position, working a 5-day week, including Saturdays. No Sundays or Public holidays are required.

Key Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous Automotive Management experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs and performing in high-pressure environments
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new processes and systems quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive attitude, self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic
Your responsibilities include:
- Maximising sales opportunities while generating solid revenue in line with profit objectives
- Purchasing stock, pricing trades and wholesale.
- Presentation and pricing of trading stock
- Ensuring KPIs and Sales targets are achieved
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Recruitment and performance management of staff, ensuring a high-performing culture is fostered
Only applicants with a proven record in automotive vehicle sales roles can be considered. Such roles include Sales Manager, Assistant Manager (2IC), or Senior Salesperson.
