ABOUT THE ROLE - Progress your career in this full time, permanent Used Car Sales Manager position. In each role you will lead by example, report to the Dealer Principal and be responsible for developing a strong sales team in the Used Car Department. You will coach, motivate, and guide the team to ensure dealership targets are met with a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or 2IC within an Automotive Dealership Environment
- Quantifiable outcomes as a result of direct initiatives
- A history of exceeding sales targets and achieving results
- Ability to lead by example
- Ability to develop a strong sales team and take the lead on dealership valuations and buying (desirable)
- Motivate and inspire others
- Customer Driven Results
- High level knowledge of automotive dealership sales process and Used Car department operations including valuations and wholesale
- Acute attention to detail, meeting strict compliance requirements
- The ability to identify and quantify team and customer requirements
