Role Overview:
Are you passionate about cars and eager to embark on a rewarding career in sales? TWG Cars is looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Sales Consultant (mature or young) to join our vibrant team. As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you will be a key member of our sales department, responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and nurturing long-lasting relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive preferences and requirements.
- Present and demonstrate new and Used Vehicles to potential buyers.
- Assist with test drives and effectively communicate the unique selling points of each vehicle.
- Help customers select the ideal vehicle that matches their lifestyle and budget.
- Participate in negotiations and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for cars and a growing product knowledge base.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish enduring relationships with customers.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
