We are looking for a motivated professional to join us as our Vehicle Delivery Co-ordinator. This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring our customers have the most memorable moment when they collect their new vehicle.
Position Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and ensuring the purchase process is smooth, transparent and positive
- Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Coordinating final receipt of delivery.
- Ensure all purchase and registration documents are thoroughly and accurately signed
- Prepare vehicles for delivery ensuring delivery is exactly as customers specifications
- Communicate constructive feedback to management and other relevant parties to ensure we are always continuously improving our processes and fucntions.
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the motor industry.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
