We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Administrator to join our team, specialising in Stock Control & Vehicle Registration. Working in a fast paced environment will give you the opportunity to showcase your organisational skills and communication skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Maintaining Vehicle Stock across multiple Vehicle Brands
- Communicating and assisting the Sales Team with sales processes and administration duties to ensure correct policies and procedures are followed.
- New/Used Vehicle Registrations, transfers and disposals.
- Maintaining Vehicle Delivery Process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensuring errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies are resolved and addressed in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Era/Pentana Experience is preferred but not essential
- History in Stock Control or similar role is highly desirable.
- A positive attitude
- Great Team Player
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Ability to perform under pressure.
