Registration Clerk and Stock Controller, Artarmon  

Scotts Group Artarmon, is seeking a reliable and experienced ‘ Vehicle Registration Clerk and Stock Controller’. In this role, you can enjoy working full time (Monday - Friday) located at Artarmon, NSW.

Reporting to Financial Controller, the successful candidate is expected to uphold high ethical standards as well as strong customer service skill. This is a perfect opportunity for a Registration Clerk and Stock Controller, who is looking for new challenges or a position where you can grow.

What you’ll be doing

• Registration of stock vehicles, renewals, transfers, disposals, and blue slips
• Plate Swap
• Transfers of used vehicles.
• Liaising with RMS
• Stock control and registration of New andused vehicles 
• Inventory management and making sure the advertised stock on site is as per NSW compliance requirement
• Administrative paperwork relating to deal packs and Test drives
• Undertaking periodic inventory stocktake
• PPSR checks on Trade ins and Direct Purchases.
• Various other admin duties as required, including post and banking
• Owning all customer documentation that needs to go to the customer physically on the day of delivery
• Liaising closely with our Sales  delivery teams to ensure they are able to execute their customer-facing tasks (e.g., paperwork, car delivery and pick-up etc.)

• A valid full NSW Driver's License is must
