We are currently looking for a part time Registration Clerk to join our Pre Delivery team at Lidcombe. Reporting to the Pre Delivery Manager and Operations Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for variety and challenge, supporting our busy Pre Delivery team.
The successful applicant will be required to perform a registration tasks including;
- Registering, transferring and insuring (CTP) new and used, retail and fleet vehicles for internal and external Phil Gilbert Motor Group customers within the NSW DVRS;
- Operating within the DOL portal;
- Liaising with Service NSW and the Dealer Business Registry as and when required;
To succeed in this role, you'll need to;
- Be able work in a fast paced and dynamic workplace;
- Be efficient and organised in your work;
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills;
- Integrate well and work as part of a team;
- Have intermediate Microsoft office skills and ability to and interest in learning new systems;
- Have a current, NSW Driver's licence.
- Provide a National Criminal History check at time of employment (to be updated annually);
- Prior experience in a Registration Clerk role/ or role incorporating registration duties is preferred.
