Job Description
As Venue Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the venue. As the venue is still in its infancy, this is a great chance to take the reigns of both the front and back-of-house operations. Bring your innate ability to identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to better the business.
You are to drive a strong and sustainable team culture and ensure that service continues to be authentic, attentive, and personable. The ownership group would love to see a Venue Manager who has proven ability to collaborate, but also with the confidence to stand out on their own. This venue is a vibe, plain and simple. Your personality will need to match!
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience running a similar venue
- A passion for good times
- A genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining high-performing teams
- Strong leadership qualities and a genuine passion for the industry
- A desire to stay on top of industry trends and movements
- Exceptional financial acumen and drive to achieve results
- Exemplary communication skills and stakeholder management
- Big-picture thinking underpinned by a strategic and structured approach
